Closed

And before you know it, here we are at the end of February. February Photo Fest is closed for another year.

As ever, it was nice to have something creative go focus on during this cold grey month – even more so this year. I’m happy I managed to get the usuals spirit of collaboration into my month, by using archive photos and through my Scenes on Screens week, although I hope hy next year I’ll be able to do the usual in person photo adventures. Thank you to everyone who took part and allowed me to grace the pages of this blog with their naked forms.

This is the last shot in my close ups and unusual angles week. Do you know what you’re looking at?

Shadow

For the final week of February Photo Fest my themes is close-ups and unusual angles. So, images were on first glance you may not be so certain what you’re looking at. I must confess, as with most years I don’t have week four as well-planned as the first three so there’ll be a bit of winging it. Let’s see how we get on shall we?!

Pride Legs

The final shot in my Scenes on Screens week features The Barefoot Sub who I first at Eroticon in 2019. Back then we briefly talked about doing some photos but we live a long way from each other and so it’s never happened. But like I said earlier in the week, the joy of this project is being able to photograph people who aren’t local to me and a few weeks back I got to hang outline with her and watch her tie her legs. I hope when ‘all this’ is over we get to do some photographs in real life as she has some incredible landscapes near her. Do check out her site for some fabulous photos in the wild.

The Colour of Lust

I couldn’t decide on a title for this post and the only word that was sticking in my head was lust. Mainly because seeing this man naked, whether that’s in the flesh, flicking through old photos or on the screen for a remote photo session always just makes me feel lusty and content.

Sitting here with my Saturday brew I idly Googled ‘what’s the colour of lust?’ thinking ‘wouldn’t it be funny if it’s blue,’ and goodness me, it is! God know why lust is one of the seven deadly sins though. How can something that makes me smile this much be a sin?

Verdant

Today, Scenes on Screens is going from the dark moodiness of yesterday’s Goth Tits to the vibrancy of Ruth’s propagator! I love the life and colour in this photo. I’ve become a bit of a paranoid plant parent during this third lockdown so as well it being fun to catch up with Ruth and get this photo it was also reassuring to be on the receiving end of her matter of fact gardening wisdom! My takeaway was some things will inevitably die so don’t worry about it! Do check out her fab February Photo Fest too!
