Afternoon Tea

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, my friends and lovers are exceptionally accommodating of my silly ideas. For every beautiful beach or woodland location there’s some questionable album cover to reimagine or something ridiculous to do with a food stuff.

On Thursday a partner was over for the afternoon and I was pottering in the kitchen making us scone, jam and cream when I started chuckling and shouted through that I’d had a ridiculous idea. As I walked back into the bedroom he shuffled up into a sitting position. “No no, stay there I want to lay these on your belly before we eat them.”

So unperturbed is he by my nonsense, the only comment was about the Devon versus Cornwall way of ordering the jam and cream. I’m sure you’ll agree that however you prefer your scones served, my afternoon tea was completely delicious.

Sinful Sunday

I have strong opinions about the jam and cream debate but I wouldn’t care at all if it was the wrong way round when served as temptingly as this.

This is just brilliant. I love how playful your photography often is – it definitely inspires me to pursue that kind of silliness and play in my own sex life, to be honest. I’m now definitely craving afternoon tea – especially if it’s served like this!
